Fall is just about here and with that comes the reminder to always be grateful for what we have. Here’s a fun card you can make for someone special to show them how much they mean to you.

Supplies:

• Orange Zest Discount Cardstock
• Neutral Kraft Discount Cardstock
• Gold Glitter Discount Cardstock
• Botanical Discount Cardstock in green
• Basis Cardstock in White
• Tombow adhesive

To begin, I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut out the scalloped card shapes. This card design was found in the Silhouette Design Store. I love designing my own cards, but sometimes I love using other pre-made designs with my choice of beautiful paper to make it my own.

Next, I took the gold glitter scalloped pieces and glued them onto the card by evenly spacing them out. Tombow adhesive is great because it dries quickly. Be sure to leave space underneath the scalloped edge to fit the other colors.

I then took each green and orange piece and glued them together in pairs, with orange on top.

Dab a little glue along the edge and slide it underneath one of the gold scalloped pieces.

Continue until the whole front of the card is filled with the design.

Next, I used my favorite Basis white cardstock and printed the Thankful tag. I used some foam adhesive squares to add dimension and placed the little pumpkin onto the tag.

After adhering the tag to the card, you’re all done! You’ve got a gorgeous dimensional Fall card to share with someone special.

Being creative doesn’t always mean making something new from your own ideas. Feel free to use other people’s ideas as a starting point and see how you can twist it to make it your own.
