If your order has shipped, you can check the status of your package using your tracking number.  

US Postal Sevice - -If your package shipped via the US Postal Service, you can check the status of the package at www.USPS.com.

If the tracking number is showing the package as delivered, you will need to file a claim with www.USPS.com.  Generally, they will issue a refund to the customer in the form of a money for the value of the order within 2-3 weeks. All packages shipped using Priority Mail include up to $100 in insurance. We apologize for the inconvenience of you having to file a claim, but this is the best and quickest way for you to get a refund with packages shipped via USPS.

FedEx Services - If your package shipped via FedEx, you can check the status of your package at www.FedEx.com

If the tracking number is showing the package as delivered, but you did not receive the package, you will need to call FedEx 1-800-463-3339 as soon as possible to report this issue.  Please also, call us at 855-764-2070, so we too can report this. Often FedEx will find the package and get it delivered to you.  If they determine the package is lost, we will get a new order shipped to you as soon as possible.  We will work directly with FedEx at our end to get the issue resolved.
