Can you paint on these with acrylic paints?
They are made out of watercolor paper, so they will work best with watercolors. If you have painted on watercolor paper with acrylics and it has worked in the past, then we are guessing it would work on these cards.
Are these 5 x 7 strathmore cards slightly off white - warm tone - not white
These are a soft white color with maybe a 89 brightness. They are not a bright white nor are they ivory in color.

These are only offered in packages of 10 cards with 10 envelopes. Feel free to purchase multiple packages if you need more than 10
