Hello, friends! Mynn here with another fun project using beautiful products from the CutCardStock online store! We're sharing lots of ideas using A7 envelopes because they are on sale right now, so go grab them all up!
I've created a set of bride and groom envelopes for a very special reason. My little sister is getting married in May, and I thought it would be fun to make these envelopes and then have each of them write a letter the night before the wedding and gift it to each other after the wedding. There are so many other things they could be used for, too!
I started by creating the groom's envelope. I used a Curious Metallic A7 Envelope in Ionised. I layered some pieces of Ice Silver Curious Mettalic paper and adhered each layer with 3D Double Sided Foam Tab Adhesive.
The buttons were punched out of more Ionised Curious Metallic paper and added to the tuxedo groom envelope.
Next, I cut a bowtie out of the same Ionised Curious Metallic paper and then put together using more 3D Double Sided Foam Tab Adhesive.
The bowtie was then added to the envelope, and voila! The finished product! Does it look like a tuxedo? I hope so! :)
Next, I created my bridal gown envelope. It was created using a Classic Linen A7 Envelope in White Pearl and Ice Gold Curious Metallic paper.
The dress was cut from Ice Gold Curious Metallic paper and the bottom half was embossed. I just free handed the dress--that was a fun process! ;) I then added some pink ribbon because one of the colors my sister has chosen is pink.
The dress was added with the same 3D Double Sided Foam Tab Adhesive. Some pearls and flowers finished off the dress.
I just love the finished products! I love the way they turned out, and I hope my sister loves them, too! What do you think? I'd love to hear in the comments below!
That's all for me today! Don't forget to hop over and grab some A7 envelopes from the CutCardStock online store, and I'll be back soon with another post! Until then HUGS and happy crafting!
