To calculate shipping costs and times, please put items in a shopping cart and proceed to checkout. After filling out your complete shipping address and clicking NEXT, you will see the shipping options. You will know all costs to ship before finalizing order with payment information. UPS shipping is our default shipping, if you would like to see POSTAL options, be sure to click on USPS POSTAL Shipping link.
Most orders ship the same day or the next day. We try to let you know via email if there is going to be more than a 1-2 day delay in order going out. If your order contains a special cut or scoring, please allow an extra 2-3 days for your order to ship.
Domestic Shipping-- We offer shipping via UPS services (ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air, and next day air saver) and USPS Services to all orders shipping in the United States. Shipping can be calculated in your shopping cart before you finalize a purchase with a payment.
FREE SHIPPING OPTION-- Orders between $125 - $350 receive FREE SHIPPING. Orders over $350 receive a LOW Cost shipping based on the weight of your order. If your order is over $125 and less than $350 and you qualify for FREE SHIPPING, you will need to choose the FREE SHIPPING option under the NO COST - LOW COST Shipping Options when Checking out, it will not automatically give you FREE SHIPPING. Orders over $350 qualify for a LOW COST Shipping that is based on the weight of your purchases. Please click on the NO COST - LOW COST Shipping option when checking out. If you are placing a LARGE order and would like to contact us concerning the shipping, please call us or email us.
Orders over $125 shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, Guam , CANADA and all other INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS do not receive FREE Shipping but instead will receive a 10% discount on their order to offset the FREE SHIPPING option. In order to receive this alternate to FREE SHIPPING discount, please contact us at info@cutcardstock.com for a discount code to use at check out.
International Shipping--
We ship to all international addresses. The cost to ship is based on the weight of your purchases. We offer USPS priority mail international and USPS express mail international shipping through the USPS postal system. USPS priority mail is usually the most cost effective way to ship internationally. Although UPS is our default shipping service, we do offer USPS Postal shipping, please be sure to click on POSTAL Options on the shipping page. You will know all costs to ship before you finalize your order with a payment method.
PLEASE NOTE that choosing USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL Mail for orders under 4 lbs, includes a receipt of shipping, but does not include a tracking number. Packages shipped USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL may take up to 4 weeks to arrive at their destination.
UPS Expediated Services to Canada are also available. The brokerage fee is include in the price of UPS expedited or express services.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Although UPS Standard to Canada is an economical way to ship, the Customer will be charged a brokerage fee in addition to duty and taxes.
On International orders, your country may charge the purchaser duty and tax fees; please check with your local area for these costs. CutCardstock.com has no authority over these fees.
***IMPORTANT *** UPS does not count holidays or weekends when determining transit time. Please check the ups site to stay updated on their holiday schedule.
