QUESTION: Does Cut Card Stock ship Internationally, and how can I find the international shipping options? Yes, we will ship World wide. You will be able to view all International shipping options and their costs once you proceed to checkout. After you fill out the shipping information, you can proceed to the Second page of checkout where you can view the different International shipping choices along with the prices before you finalize the order with your payment. CutCardstock's international shipping charges are the actual charges. We do not add any fees to the shipping costs. Occasionally on larger orders, shipping costs may be less than charged shipping costs and in this case, we will refund the overpayment on shipping costs.
QUESTION: Will I be charged Duty and Taxes for my order? This will depend upon the countries custom procedures, but most countries will charge you a duty and tax fee when your product arrives. CutCardStock.com does not have any control over these additional costs, but we want our international customers to be aware of the pending charges.
Canadian customers need to be aware thatUPS STANDARDshipping options also charge a brokerage fee to the customer. If the order is a small order, the brockerage fee could possibly be as much as the order. UPS STANDARD Shipping is generally not a good option for smaller orders.
The most economical way to ship smaller orders to Canada is USPS International Priority.
UPS Expedieted and Express servicesdo include the brokerage, duty, and tax fees.

QUESTION: What type of payments does CutCardStock accept? We accept MC, VISA, DISCOVER, AMEX, Paypal payments, and Money orders.
QUESTION: How do I go about paying using a Money Order? When checking out choose PHONE ORDERS for payment and type--SENDING MONEY ORDER in the box. Then scroll down and submit your order. You will receive an order number. Then mail your MONEY ORDER along with your order number to: CutCardStock ORDERS, 973 N State Rd 149, Unit A, Valparaiso, IN 46385. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order.
QUESTIONS CONCERNING REQUESTS FOR SAMPLES
QUESTION: Will Cut Card Stock send out samples? Yes, we will send Samples out to customers so that they can see a small color sample of the cardstock or envelopes before they place an order. Please link to our request for samples for more information.
QUESTION: How soon will I receive my samples? We send samples out twice a week in a stamped first class envelope, so please allow a week for your samples to arrive to you.

QUESTION: How soon will Cut Card Stock ship my order? Most orders ship the same day or the next day. We try to let you know via email if there is going to be more than a 1-2 day delay in order going out. If your order contains a special cut or scoring, please allow an extra 2-3 days for your order to ship.

QUESTION: I Live close to Cut Card Stock can I pick up my order so I do not have to pay shipping costs? For local customers, we ask that you go ahead and place your order on line and when checking out choose the NO COST Shipping icon and then you can choose LOCAL Pickup and you will not be charged shipping cost. Please type in the NOTES Section that you are a local customer and would like to pick up your order. Once your order is ready, we will email you to let you know that your order is ready for pick up.
WHOLESALE OR BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS
QUESTION: I am placing a large order, can I get any additional discounts? Orders from $250--$499.99 will automaticallly receive a 5% discount ; orders between $500 and $999.99 will automatically receive a 10% discount and orders over $1000 will automatically receive a 15% discount. You do not need a discount code for this discount as it should automatically be figured in your shopping cart. This discount will be figured in your shopping cart and is in addition to any other discounts you may receive using a discount code.

We do offer a Merchant's discount; it is just a small discount as our site is set up that the more of a product you purchase the greater the savings.
